It’s a chilly day and I can’t get warm today.

So dinner is homemade leek and potato soup.

What’s your favourite soup?

Canned mushroom is my favourite, followed by leek and potato (when I can find it). I also like canned tomato soup but it invariably has too much salt in it.

All three are as enjoyable cold in summer time as they are hot in winter. Great for camping, with or without heating facilities.
