There are more pros than cons in my opinion! I definitely feel more productive at home.
However as someone mentioned it can be days until you actual interact with a real person lol |

On Friday, the disadvantage was the director I've never spoken to messaging me on TEAMS asking if I was free for a chat. I panicked and said yes amd had to get dressed in about 10 seconds |

School boy error! Buy time by saying "I'm just popping to the loo, I'll message you as soon as I'm done"
Same trick applies if you get Teams-bombed while eating something or listening to a decent song on the radio |
