If you can make a baked risotto with white wine,a very good chicken stock, paprika, Turmeric,just a touch of fresh garlic then finish with a strong (but not stinky cheddar) then finally freshly ground black pepper! Then I would be tempted! |

Op what I'm craving right now is a burger. But a proper, huge, hand-formed ground steak burger. Beautifully seasoned, topped with chilli jam.
Obviously needs to come between some nice baps.
Accompanied by your triple cooked chippies and onion rings.
Side of cajun blackened corn on the cob.

Do you know what I'd really love? Bar the ability to remember to not add too much white wine to tartiflette. A dish that makes me feel cared for, reminds me of childhood. I think sometimes you crave little things in life. Memories.
I'd love agnolotti cacio e pepe. With baked salmon to follow, simply garnished. And then some good cheesecake. Burnt cheesecake with a good portion of cherries scattered over it.
