Large parts of Middle USA are extremely scenic.
Japan.
Honestly most scenic I don't know. But extremely scenic in their own ways, lots of contenders for that " Tell us about the area you most love |

"Cmon where is it? "
Spent a month or so hiking and camping on the Camino de Sabtiago along the north coast of Spain. Have seen nicer, but because I was in it for a month and not just driving by its my favourite scenery so far. And some was breathtaking. From cliff paths on the Atlantic in the morning to going through a forest in a mountain range before lunch I can't wait tk go back. |

The USA...not many countries can boast every type of terrain/scenery imaginable.
Its got the lot.
Swanp, desert, salt flats, mountain ranges, vast forests, snow, the Grand Canyon, vast open plains, incredible city skylines...
But for me, my personal favourite is South Georgia (in the South Atlantic).
Simply breathtaking..and so barren. |

Biased as I am, this beautiful country. Within an hour from doorstep I can be walking on the Gower peninsula or the Brecon beacons. I can see ruins of castles, iron age hill forts, neolithic monuments or remnants of the industrial revolution. Not many countries can boast such diversity in such a small area.
As Billy Connolly said "I hate all those weathermen, too, who tell you that rain is bad weather. There's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing, so get yourself a sexy raincoat and live a little". |

"Galapagos was pretty epic and unique wow yes I'd like to go there but I'm guessing humans would spoil the uniqueness of it "
That’s why it’s restricted to a small number each year- keep the riff raff out (don’t ask how I slipped through ) |

"It’s a choice between
New Zealand
Bali
Zanzibar
Sadly Barbados didn’t meet expectations Barbados why? "
I expected a bit more Maldives but the beaches are hit hit miss with rocks.
And far too many bankrupt hotels lining the shore.
Let alone the food cost.
But 28°c sea temperature and turtle snorkelling as a plus |

I live in Scotland, so it pretty hard for anywhere else to compete.
That said, the Lake District is actually stunning.
Very UK biased here. Brits take the whole thing for granted a bit. |

For a single country would have to be Australia for the diversity . Far north tropical Queensland, cape tribulation, deserts to the red centre, west McDonnell ranges, palm valley, more deserts into WA and then west coast, gibb river road, bungle bungles , lots of stunning Gorges in NT & culture in Arnhem Land |

I Mrs have been to America, different parts of France and think I’ve seen most of Scotland some of England but unfortunately not a lot of Wales. I am however from Northern Ireland and I can visit the same places over and over and always find something new that’s special. |

"Tobago" Despite unhesitatingly committing my main vote to New Zealand, I also love Tobago which I have visited at least twenty times at this time of year. Each time living, travelling and food shopping as locals and not in tourist areas. Sadly, it looks unlikely that I will return to renew so many friendships. Struck lucky discovering the island on the way to Trinidad which also has some impressive scenery as well as my favourite ingredient, sunshine!

I almost said New Zealand , the diversity of geography across two little islands is amazing for such a tiny country but overall Australia has it for me , just takes much longer to explore. |
