Now I’d like to say that I’m not adverse to perusing pics of a cock or two (as opposed to the parrot like cockatoo), however I’ve noted that the vast majority of pics with cock rings tend to be either bi or gay guys.

I've mainly seen straight men with them. Gay culture can be open to exploring and getting advantages of things, in advance of the mainstream. Trends spread, as with fashion. I think gay men historically have likely been more single and had active, open sex lives, facilitating take up of male sexual goods.
Confirmation bias could be in play here, too. |
