So I love a bit of cheese. What's everyone's favourite cheese?
Traditional like Cheddar, Lancashire Wensleydale etc ?
Or a bit of blue like Stilton, Gorgonzola
Or maybe creamier like Brie?
Goat's, sheep's or vegan?

All of the above. Brie, camembert, Stilton, Applewood, even the spicy Mexicana ones. They all have a place in my heart, and on my cheese board. |

Vegan cheese !!! You should be pilloried, smeared with sloppy camembert and whipped with cheese straws just for thinking about it

My turophile desires hanker for some Comté, Jarlsberg, Gruyère, Vacherin, Manchego, Vintage Cheddar and Stilton. Served with quince paste, fig jam, water biscuits, charcoal/sea crackers...and Welsh butter.

Selection of strong crunchy mature cheeses, grapes, crunchy apple slices, figs and throw some salamis in there as well and some biscuits or crakers and I'm in heaven .. my tummy hates me lactose thing but its so worth it!

I like all sort of cheese from blue cheese to a nice strong cheddar. Generally though prefer hard cheeses like gruyere, manchego, pecorino, kefalotyri. Some soft ones like a cailladou, ricotta, camembert, roquefort, tallegio, burrata, brie, feta and mascarpone are also great. Usually at least five different cheeses in the fridge. Nothing like some great cheese, some juicy fresh tomatoes, a bit of onion, some lovely olives, nice freshly baked bread and a large glass of vino |

I like a bit of Stilton and Cambozola. Sometimes add a bit of Stilton to a cheese sauce to boost the flavour. |

Enjoy a nice bit of Stilton with some pickled onions.
Strong cheddar with crackers and greenhouse tomatoes with a wee bit of vinegar splashed on top of the cut tomatoes
Delish. Pongy but delish! |

"Don’t know if it’s an outright favourite but I’ve not had Cornish Yarg in a long time which feels utterly tragic.
Quite partial to a bit of Vacherin too for creamy Brie-ish mouthgasms. "
I've not had either of those but adding them to my list! |

I love making garlic bread with Stilton...sounds rank but is delicious.
Stilton crumbled in an omelette is also good. |

You're right. Adding Stilton really gives things a bit of a flavour boost. Adding the stilton in an omelette to my cheese tips |

"Most French and Spainish cheeses for me, with Walnuts, apple and apricot "
I've visited Spain quite a bit but have failed to explore their cheeses. A good reason to go back there. |
