Guys

Who has had it.

Has it made any difference to your pleasure?

Is there any recommendations for relief etc?

I had very short tubes and my balls always were high, I do now get semi regular pain in one of the tubes. Feels like someone squeezing or tugging on them.

Other than that, nothing notable.

Had it. Was excruciating pain for nearly a week but since then (bout 5 years ago) no problems. Made no difference to my sex life.

No difference to pleasure at all, as someone else has said it's also pulled my balls up but considering I'm never going to get any younger maybe it'll stop em hanging down to my knees when I'm a codger!

Main downside is I used to produce quite a substantial load and now I don't - so no wall paper pasting ladies for me now

I can go ask my brother!

As far as I know he was a bit tender for a few days then back to normal with no changes (I don't know many details on the last part)

My brother in law had one, then got divorced, had it reversed and fathered a son. Not sure his previous wife was that impressed!

Absolutely no difference here. Barely noticed it and was doing heavy lifting an hour later.

I haven't really noticed any decrease in ejaculation quantify, but edging certainly increases it!

Had mine done in 2004.

I actually watched the whole procedure.

For me, the only pain was when they injected the anaesthetic.

I had to wear briefs for a week, for support, and they felt bruised. But that was it.

For some reason I was extra horny for the 7days following the procedure (i was still married then).

We had sex 3days after the op...but i was careful to avoid any ball slapping.

But i was advised no orgasms for a week.

But despite certain guys ive spoken to having the belief they'd feel 'less of a man' if they had it done...personally its not bothered me in the slightest, and has had no effect on my sex life

I’ve had this but went with the ‘no scalpel’ procedure - private and cost £500 but it was so quick and completely painless. I was home in less than two hours.

I had mild discomfort for a few days so probably best to take the week off work. You need to wear close fitting undercrackers and be careful how you wash.

After a week I managed careful sex with girlfriend at the time (she went on top). No change to getting hard, libidos or performance.

As a previous poster said, I used to have a pretty healthy load beforehand but now, not so much (literally!).

Best decision I ever made. Your in and out before you know it, it’s care free fun from that day forward, and the pleasure is absolutely no different whatsoever.

Nothing changed for me. It still works in exactly the same way that it did.

A little discomfort after but nothing I woukd call pain.

Sex wise is fine. In fact they gave me a chart ( a love log!)so I could keep a record of my wanks after ( think I had to do 25 or 30 in a month to ensure all my soeem was used

Best month of my life

One thing to bear in mind is the NHS won't do it without counseling unless you are above a certain age (don't know what that is) and or you've already got kids.

I've done it. Was so simple and quick. Doctor gave me a valium and I laid back. Ten minutes and it was done. Wierdest bit was seeing smoke rising from my groin as he cut and cauterized!

A small amount of discomfort in the following days (pain would be too strong a word) and that was it.

Hardest part of the whole thing was providing a sample weeks afterwards to local hospital for a sperm count.

Hospital was over 30 minutes away and they said it must be provided within 30 minutes of production, nowhere in the hospital to do the deed... Well anyway, one embarrassing wank in a tiny cluttered hospital bathroom and zero sperm found.

Best thing I ever did, wife is off the pill, feeling better and happy herself.

I should of done it years ago no change in orgasm strength or volume (sperm is only a tiny percent of your fluid anyway), or any change in anything.

I have a small scarring on the inside that I can feel in the bath when all warm and soft but only I know it's there.

Men, have your kids, get the pipes snipped, it's just so damn easy compared to the options for the woman in your life.

I'm 100% seedless and loving it.

I had mine 15 years ago or so. Apparently I had slippery tubes which prolonged the procedure a little but it was still quick and painless.

I haven't noticed any loss of libido or quantity produced.

By (user no longer on site)  over a year ago

Had it around 6 years ago and once the healing period was over I was straight back into action (after clearing the pipes and getting clear tests)

I also have a test annually to ensure it hasn't self reversed as this can happy to a minority or those who have it and I have seen a friend where this has happened.

Regarding the sexual side there has been no difference at all

After mine I was left with a lump in my tube which caused quite a scare, turned out to be a swollen tube caused by scar tissue. Also on occasion if it took me a long time to ejaculate I would get a sharp pain in my lower stomach after I finished.

Surprised nobody has mentioned this yet.

The first time you cum after the operation. OMG, it felt like it was coming from my toes! It was worth it for that.

Had mine done years ago and I would recommend having it done on the local anaesthetic and having two incisions rather than one as there is less bruising , never had any problems and the couples I have been with prefer a vasectomised male

Can't remember exactly when I had mine done 15 years or more... Thought it might calm my high sex drive down a bit but it hasn't lol or the quantity I produce .. I've heard of people on here asking how you can tell if someone has had it done well there's a tiny scar both sides of the ball bag .... Was quite amusing having it done because there was a lot of student nurses watching the op one of them I knew from football that I was involved in at the time.. and I saw her later that night again at a football match. ..no I didn't play (football) lol but that's another story

I had it. Piece of cake. No recommendations needed for relief, just don't bash one out for a few days.

No difference to pleasure - and it would have been psychological anyway.

Well lucky NHS areas that do. My counselling was "you either want it or you don't" by my GP. Regardless of whether I had made my mind up, it's disgusting behaviour

Had mine last week. No pain just uncomfortable for a few days after, especially when trying to sleep. Weirdest bit was the smell when they used the laser!

Was told no ejaculations for 2 weeks so have a few more days to go.

Got to give a sample in a couple of months before ditching the rubber, that will mark a year since I made the call to start the process

No difference in sex afterwards. No pain at all. The worst thing was seeing the smoke coming out of my nether regions.

Actually I say no pain, but when I got home my two year old ran into me head first into my swollen balls. That did hurt.

I'm probably not the best person to ask, as my anesthetic didn't work amd I've never felt pain like it, having said that, it's nice being able to have sex wothout the fear of pregnancy, but I dont feel as though my orgams were as powerful, and I was told that I didn't taste the same

I really wish Mr P would do this, i'm on too many meds to take the pill (it used to mess with my moods too) and I hate the other options, we've got 3 kids and i'd rather stick a fork through my neck than have anymore we use the pull out method which isn't a very good idea (3 kids later). I'd love for him to finish inside me and not have the monthly panic of am I late or am I preggers again

Got mine done on the Friday morning, sore over the weekend and back to work in a physically demanding job on the Monday. It has made no difference to my sex life other than not having to worry when a period is a little late.

The worst bit about it was the fear of having the first wank

I had mine done 13 years ago, and was the 'no scalpel' method. Appointment was 10am on the Friday, took things easy that weekend (with the aid of bags of frozen peas), then back to work on the Monday.

Those who know me well, will confirm I give a very healthy load still, and there is no change to my sexual enjoyment

Had it done Oct 2021.

Never had an issue, nothing changed.

It’s not as painful as you may think.

Stay out the gym and pool for 2 weeks afterwards, take it easy going up stairs and getting in and out of the car. If you cycle, don’t.

There was no pain, just slight discomfort. All bruising gone and back to normal in about 10 days.

I think your not supposed to have any action for 2 weeks. I was constantly hard and had loads of action. Then after 2 weeks you are supposed to cum a minimum number of times, then stop so many days before you give your sample.

The hospital had some 80’s porn to wank off to, I ended up looking on fab and smashing one out.

Had mine done in hospital under a general anaesthetic due to some previous issues down there. Was a bit tender for a few days but that's it.

No regrets whatsoever and it's made no difference whatsoever to sex other than massively reducing the risk of that sex resulting in a drain on resources for the following 18+ years.

I had the first attempt done in 2014 it was actually in my go surgery. The smoke was a bit worrying at first. However the operation did not work. Got an infection and my balls grew to the size of a bull bollocks and I was walking like John wain. It was like a massive blister and eventually popped as I was walking and actually literally thought I'd had pissed myself because of all the water soaked through my jeans. It was an instant relief.

So in 2017 went under a ga in hospital and had it done proper

Had the snip over 20yrs ago it ain't been an issue at all also it was the only way I was able to ensure that I had no more children so I dont understand why any man would not have it done. Its easier than a woman having an operation and it's time most men took control
