Had a great walk in the woodlands this morning with a good friend, getting lost for a bit and taking nature photos was fun adventure. Very invigorating
How come anxious?

Sleepy. Really need to start being sensible and going to bed at a decent time.
What am I thinking about?
GOPPAR and ARR. Kissing. What to cook tonight. When am I next going to the gym. Would pale green suit me or make me look washed out? KPIs. Is dyeing my hair at home really that bad an idea? Dryhumping.

I'm procrastinating. I'm fully aware that not addressing the 97 emails in my inbox that I haven't yet looked at this week will result in even greater panic as I reach the end of my working week at 6pm tonight, but right now I really could not care any less about work...

I haven't had to stay in hospital for 12 years but the food was ok. An elderly woman opposite me didn't like me much and accused me of being obsessed with cleaning my face . On my last night a woman news brought in shouting and screaming in the early hours with several of her family including men. They spent what remained of the night talking and laughing. .
It was an interesting stay |

Goodness me! I'm in a room on my own (cos I'm special needs and they need to be able to watch me from the corridor ) but it's good for not having to deal with other people. Downside is I am right by the nurses station and when they are talking (loudly) at 06:30, it's a bit much. But they're lovely so I let them off
The "falls risk" and apparently "bed sore risk" is a bit frustrating because I am subject to pretty invasive physical inspection 3 times a day and I have to have someone help me with everything (actually, I need that at the moment anyway  ) |
