What’s the best and worst part of a normal day for you ?
For me the best is waking up naturally before the alarm and realising you have an extra half hour in bed
The worst is then having to get out of a warm bed into a cold house with no heating on !!

Similar to you, that moment when you realise you have to get up out of bed and realistically you should of got up 15 minutes ago as now you have to rush around to be out the door on time.
Best part, finally sitting down on the sofa with Mr after a long day. |

Best - going into my daughter in the morning and she's smiling away 
Worst - don't really neseccarily have a bad one but probably when it's late afternoon and your starting to feel tired and just want to go to bed

Best part of the day is when I’m going home after a night shift to bed when the world is getting up to go to work.

Similar to OP, best is the realisation that you have an extra half hour in bed.... worst is not being able to fall back asleep because you are conscious that you only have half an hour and end up clock watching  |

Worst part is the inevitable leaving for work wondering what bullshit I'll have to deal with when I get there.
Best part is getting home opening the front door and my dog attacking me with big slobbery kisses for 10 minutes with a big silly grin on his face. |

Best is having tome to yourself,
A quiet house as you lay in bed, or going for lunch somewhere posh but doesn't cost the earth as it's just you.
Worst
Trying to get the kids to sleep, as your own time is dictated by how easy they sleep |

The worst part is getting out of a warm bed when it’s freezing
The best part is when work is done, the housework is done, dogs are walked and I can just do whatever I want to do. |

The worst part is having to get up out of my warm bed after the alarm goes off.
The best part of the day is that first whatsapp message from a special someone. That really sets me up for the day.  |

I'd say the best time is all the smiles from my little bean and then when my partner comes home.
And usually, the worst part is putting my daughter to bed because she's terrible at sleeping. |
