Plenty of body weight exercises that you can do without weights.

Squats, press ups, burpees, lunges, crunches… I mean I could be here all day but you get my point. You don’t need a gym or equipment

Bag work - boxing. If you do it properly with a class 3-4 times a week you will shred weight fast & tone up whole body , particular core.

This, and I’ll throw in planks, they’re great for the core / abs and you don’t even have to move!

There's plenty of apps that can be downloaded to your phone or tablet that have a planned schedule which you can work to. The one I use fairly regularly is Home workout by Leap Fitness. They have HiiT workouts on there too.

Bulgarian squats are great for the legs.

Stick to multi joint exercises that use many muscle groups about 3-4x a weeks.

Also drink lots of water and reduce refined foods and alcohol

Make sure your diet is good…. And then the simple exercises like press ups, squats, sit ups burpees …. But remember to stay consistent …things won’t change over night…. And don’t beat yourself up if you have a treat….consistency is key

Old school method called dynamic tension. Charles Atlas was a proponent. It can be done just walking around in everyday life.

I’d actually be careful with Bulgarian squats as they can actually make your muscles Sofia…

First change of diet basically cut out carbs (bread potatoes pasta rice) 5 days a week also cut out sugar as much as possible this excludes fruit it’s ok to eat fruits but things like bananas are high in fructose sugars so should be eaten sparingly you will see a massive difference in your body fat levels lower in just a few weeks

Second find a big hill and drag your sorry arse up and down it as many times as possible walk or run depending on age and fitness levels add a rucksack with plenty of bottles of water to add weight good for the leg muscles

Find a local park with a free workout zone these are very good because they are free

Third circuits, resistance training, Devina McCalls workout DVD find what’s best for you and your body type but mostly exercise the most important muscle that is your brain because if it looks too good to be true it’s probably not good so do your research and stay away from YouTube scammers that can build muscle while you’re eating what you want and Liver King all these people want is yours money

Hopefully this helps

Have a look on YouTube, loads of stuff on there, with and without equipment.

I like the Joe Wicks HIIT workouts.

No such thing as toning up. If you want more muscle definition then drop bodyfat.

Log your food for a week using MFP or similar app. Figure out your maintenance cals and drop by 250. Increase protein intake, lean meats, fish etc.

No need to cut out carbs at all, I can reach 12-14% on 200g of carbs a day from rice and potatoes. Do drop carbs a little though to compensate for extra cals from protein.

Keep fats moderate and from good sources.

Bodyweight workouts first, cardio after if needed.

Once weightless stalls drop another 125 calories and keep repeating until happy.

It's not rocket science.

Chinese Takeaway near you

Training at home is very challenging. Too many distraction, lack of stimulating to train atmosphere, lack of equipment etc chances of failure are high

Unless you are the small minority of self highly self motivated fitness freaks you will fail & be sat on sofa eating a takeaway with a beer by week 2.

And to tone 1 needs to lose body fat achieved through losing body fat, correct strict diet & gaining some muscle mass .

Good luck
