I feel thy pain sir
I have not yet braved it but always find that I start off shit but get better as I go along.
Funnily enough, by the end I’m half way decent until next year when this cruel cycle of wrapping ineptitude begins once more |

I am rubbish at gift wrapping, I have no patience but Mr NBVN is absolutely brilliant at it.
I think his engineering mindset and skills are put to great use, the other day he wrapped a very awkward shaped gift and pleated the paper... ffs who does that! His corners and edges are practically measured to perfection. When he wraps gifts they look professionally gift wrapped. I love it

"Oh I adore wrapping so much! I've got the various foliage and ribbon ready for the presents this year, going to start at the weekend. "
I used to be like this until I had kids, wasn’t so much fun doing it in 100s of times |

"It’s not truly Christmas until you’ve shouted ‘oh fuck off’ to a roll of cellotape at least 5 times! "
I love my cellotape holder for that very reason, also doubles up as a weight to stop paper un revelling.
I've never lost the end of the tape aswell due to the grill bit you slice the tape off. |

I bought one last year!
Made wrapping so much easier and dare I say it… almost a joy |

"My Japanese friends wrap gifts in cloths, you can wrap anything really easily that way."
Isn't just beautiful. I had a go last Summer. I actually used a fabric scarf in lieu or actual furoshiki wrapping cloth. Added some lavender and voila. It was well received.
No recycling required, no waste
