I wear black tights but with shorts over the top as I don’t want to have all the women in my gym ogling my pert bottom!

Agreed. If it's cold, I'm in tights - but shorts on too. I don't want to be objectified

I used to do exactly as people have said above, shorts over the top, all the benefits of the compression/warmth etc, without showing too much lol

Not a fan. Very rarely I’ve seen an incredible set of thighs in those runner type leggings but very few men can carry it off. The shorts on top look is nice enough.

I really like the scruffy shorts and cotton T-shirt look on men at the gym with the suggestion of a great body hidden beneath- makes me far more curious.

Not for me, especially if I'm doing legs. I much prefer just shorts as I feel they would be less constricting for my absolutely massive thighs

I'm pretty sure the correct answer to this is that the men in the gym don't wear clothes for your approval or titillation. If a man wants to wear skin tight leggings to work out in that's entirely up to him.

Oh sorry, I forgot, its women who are allowed to wear whatever they want and any comment from a man about it is sexist, predatory or a sign of the patriarchy - possibly all three. Men of course have to dress in a way that is aesthetically pleasing to passing females.

What in gods name NO gym attire is hoodie shorts trainers and headphones and the hood stays up and the headphones stay on, you are there to excel yourself not look at anything, men who wear tights or yoga pants are either climbing mountains, fantasising about being a woman, or one step away from being in a list somewhere

I’m thinking of going for an upgrade this week; I’m going to roll up a tee shirt and insert it down the inside leg to reach down to my knee

Mind you, I’ll still not be as big as the guy who went all out last time after shoving a whole duvet down his pants….

Before anyone pipes up about me looking, it was kind of hard not to when she was directly in front of where I was working out.

If its cold then leggings are the best things to run in but I can't be bothered wearing shorts. If you don't want to see a bulge, don't look, if you do, then look away. Either way I don't care.

I’ve worn compression leggings for work and running this winter and i they have worked wonders. Before my legs would ache like hell but they no longer do. As for the gym wear what the hell you like it’s 2023 not 1923 but out running I’ll always have shorts over the top but each to your own.

I enjoy going commando and wearing the running legging things. And I have no issues with females watching as long as they don’t interrupt my set! And I’m always happy to discreetly look too.

The person who invented the gym pants that make womens bottoms look amazing (built in thong) should be rewarded with a knighthood.

Ladies, Gentleman.

If it covers your bits, and kinda fits. Then go for it.

Sometimes I’ll wear compression leggings and shorts. Sometimes I’ll wear the oldest t shirt and shirts combo.

No rhyme or reason for the choice.

Big fan of encouraging people to enjoy the gym, let’s not over complicate it but turning it into a fashion show
