Somewhere In The Ether…

Good folks of FAB; On the whole, would you classify yourself as an optimistic or else a pessimistic sort?

To paraphrase the old colloquialism, is the glass half full…..or else will it likely drop onto the floor and smash into a zillion razor sharp shards with the liquid splashing over a nearby priceless but foolishly uninsured painting and utterly destroying it?

You get the idea

I have been described as pessimistic on multiple occasions by multiple people.

I think I'm being realistic and pragmatic though

I tend towards optimism.

What seems to be missed is that the glass isn't half full or half empty it's refillable and if it's broken it's replaceable

I'm optimistic with a splash of realism... Whether you expect the worst or the best, you're going to be right.
