No, he’s not dead.
An interesting fellow though isn’t he?
I particularly like his horse hair wig and his perpetually grimacing facial expression that would seem to donate that he is suffering from extreme bowel discomfort.
If you read up on him, he’s also overtly more full of shit than an inner city sewer and a sleazy bastard to boot!
But aside from this, what is your favourite Seagal film good folks? |

What’s the movie he’s in with Tommy Lee Jones, where they hijack the ship? Used to watch that with my old man all the time. Our favourite film to watch! |

out for justice
the documentary about 10 years ago, that justin lee collins did where he followed seagal around for a few weeks and hanged out at his house was interesting. (shame that justin lee collins turned out to be an abusive control freek and destroyed his career..)
I think the documentary is still on youtube.
Seagal seems "full of it", as others have eluded to, but at the same time there's a laid backness & watch-abilty to the guy.. |

Just looked up a clip. Wow |

Apparently he demanded the SNL script writers re-write all their sketches for the show, to ensure they didn't take the piss out of him. And he also submitted some very suspect topics, to them to make into sketches. Which they point blank refused. |

One of the funniest stories concerning Seagal I’ve heard (and there are seemingly limitless tales revolving around this man) relates to when he decided to challenge the late wrestling legend and Judo expert, Gene LeBell.
Seagal told LeBell that he was impervious to the effects of headlocks and subsequently goaded the initially reluctant judoka to test this haughty boast.
….After a few seconds Seagal was ostensibly not only rendered out cold sparky, but additionally soiled his pants….very messily. |

Steven segal was my guilt pleasure before I became all sophisticated and moved on to Nicolas cage movies.
Any of his film with a three word title are unmissable works of art.
Marked for death
Out for justice
On deadly ground
Half past dead
The list goes on.....
Pure genius

Here’s another funny story about Sensei Seagal, this time as recounted by Tom Arnold which took place whilst filming, Exit Wounds.
Apparently the scene in question was shot on a boat and Seagal was told to exit the shot via a door in the cabin.
Not a mere mortal like the rest of us however, Seagal stated that he didn’t need to and outright refused to do a dry run practice of the scene in question.
The director subsequently shouted ‘action’ and Seagal promptly walked through the WRONG door and fell over the side of the boat into the water(!!!) |

What's the film with the stick fight in the bar.
As wooden as he is,his earlier films some of the fight scenes are epic and he managed to bag Kelly le Brock as well so he must have been ok at some point. |

That’s, Out For Justice
Seagal fights Dan Inosanto (who previously worked with and was friends with the late, great Bruce Lee) |

"Executive Decision
He dies in the first 10 mins but they gave him duel billing on the movie poster lol"
Seagal also proved what a bully he was behind the scenes during the filming of said film, when he physically assaulted John Leguizamo on set |

"He was/is a legitimate martial artist and one of the first westerners to practice Aikido in Japan, apparently."
I *think* it's that he was one of the firsr westerners to teach Aikido in Japan, not practice it.
Fun fact - he once broke Sean Connery's wrist. |

Here’s a directly related fact; Seagal is quite infamous in Hollywood for applying wrist locks to other actors/stunt people and film crew whilst shaking their hands(!!!) There’s been a plethora of reports of this decidedly unwelcome and unsocial habit of his from many who have met him.
He appeared in a shitty film with Mike Tyson a few years back….I rather doubt that he tried it on with him though |

Oh yes I remember Seagal famously claiming the glory for Anderson Silva’s victory over Vitor Belfort by teaching him the front kick used to knock him down.
Seagal would have us believe that Silva had never previously practiced this fundamental technique? |

But I just think it's amazing at his age how he has such a dark jet black beard and hair still.
What a man. "
I love those orange tinted glasses he has taken to wearing to. I must get me some of them… |

Attack force .
Legit the best bad movie ever.
Bad dubbing by someone pretending to be him. Change of actors and plot right in the middle.
My late hubbys fave film and if you can watch it with our laughing or grimacing then I dont believe your humans
