I usually find a good DP picture in the hot pics section that’s normally around page 37 and have a wank.
I then have a hot bath whilst listening to Celine Dion’s ‘My heart will go on’ and scrubbing the spunk of my chest |

Set yourself a pre sleep routine then. One hour before you want to go to bed . TV off, no phone ,iPad or other screens. Dim the lights ,maybe read for that hour ,or whatever you find relaxing like a bath. But just concentrate,lose yourself in whatever you're doing for that hour. If you can keep that going for a week or so you'll see the benefits |

Great advice thank you. I can't switch my mind off from my business hassles, and I live at my place of business so it's incredibly difficult.
