I would say sausage but not all sausages are created equal. Needs to be 90%+ pork sausage OR 70% plus linconshire or cumberland sausage otherwise bacon instead
And ALWAYS HP with sausage or bacon |

I'm from Lincolnshire and we know how to make the ultimate sausage. Boston Sausage Company are renown for their delightful sausages.
Bacon comes before sausage.
Now I desperately need a bacon sandwich.  But I wouldn't say no to a sausage sandwich. I don't know any more!  |

I'm originally from Lincolnshire so love a banger....innuendos a plenty...now in Sussex...hard to find a proper one
But you'd not want a traditional one in terms of the look....short and wide...but spicy
