Practice good form and go lighter weights with higher reps. It’ll still get you hypertrophy but with less stress of heavy weight on an injury. I found the elliptical trainer good for rehab as it kept knee straight. |

Cycling/trainer bike. Very low impact as long as you are spinning your legs above 80rpm and obviously great cardio as well. |

Speak to a professional. You would think swimming would be good as weightless however my mum got swimmers knee from endless lengths of breast stroke.
Similarly I have had a torn ACL for years yet squatted 92.5kg for 10 reps 4 times this morning.
You need to know the mechanics of the injury to know how best to exercise with it. |
