Branded stuff, generally pricier... Some home brands can replace them... But what brands just can't?

I'll go Coleman English mustard.... No substitute. What have you got?

Toothpaste, the cheap stuff just doesn't cut it for me. Non branded dry shampoo, tea bags, washing up liquid...I could go on. Oh fuck I'm a brand snob lol

Aldi washing up liquid is great. Esp the lime colour lemongrass one.

At the risk of sounding naive, why is it that Supermarkets never got on to the own brand fags?

Can't be down to health reasons, must be something more than that.

(Luckily the German shops saw those products for the evil that they are.)

I have worked in a sweetcorn factory and they sent the best stuff to M&S and filtered it downwards.

They have, but you don't know it. .

Richmond are one stops own brand.

Actually one stop convenience stores started up from 2 guys, just selling cigarettes, slightly cheaper than anywhere else, in Wolverhampton market. Then they opened up a shop, then another...

Yes. FWB is a just-about-above-the-knee amputee and we have a bit of a laugh about it. The same way we laugh about my bits that are falling to bits
