Not so much a specific name, rather a term; ‘Low key.’
Apparently it’s a way of young uns’ expressing their like for something to a select trusted few friends but not openly amongst their wider peer circle for fear of social ridicule.
An example to illustrate its usage: ‘I low-key like Disney films.’ (Translation: ‘I like them but won’t own up openly to this fact.’)
