A nice meaty Aussie Shiraz

I’ve spent many a happy summer, touring the vineyards of the Barossa.

Can’t beat a nice crisp NZ Sauvignon Blanc too

Pinotage. I'm often attracted to this South African gem.

However, I'm currently going through a Rosé phase at the moment.... therefore any recommendations for a dry variety would be most welcome.

Have you seen the prices lately

Better to rob a cash and carry, grab the old tights, ladders don't matter for what we'll need them for.

Anyway, sauvingon blanc, typically a new world one.

As for the red, carbernet sauvingon.

Or, at a push, a wet wine.

Lifes departure lounge NN9 Northamptonshire East not West MidlandsMidlands

A nice South American Malbec is my current choice of Red wines.

A South African Chardonnay is my preferred White wine.

Can usually offer my visitors a choice of about 6 different wines of each colour.

I have recently discovered a like for Malbec, but my wine wish list includes a 1982 chateau musar, a Lebanese red wine, and despite the raging war in Lebanon at the time, I am told this is a particularly good year for it?
