My cousin has bought a cottage which sits on my Dad’s land and now she is trying to steal parts of my father’s land to expand her own possessions. She is fencing chunks off and claiming they belong to her. My father is already £20,000 into solicitors fees and nothing has been resolved. The solicitor has been in touch and reckons it could cost up to £80,000 to go to court for a resolution!
My father doesn’t have £80,000 !
