Literally just finished work, looked at my phone and pacer has come up asking me if I want to know how many steps I’ve taken Today. No not really but let’s have a look anyway.
663   and I’ve shed 18 calories which is about 2 lettuce leaves…..don’t worry though, counteracted that immense loss with a wagon wheel so I’m all good
So I think I am officially the laziest person I know - today anyway!!
