Unfortunately, the dungeon is out of use for maintenance. Can I recommend "Back Mechanics" by Prof Stuart McGill as a stop gap in the meantime?

Unnecessary, all you need is rope, a strong beam or branch and a weight. (we display and explain various torture methods at shows)

Main thing is - don't do it! Pain killers and gentle exercise is a much safer option.

Ask at your local builders merchants, see if they have a few old pallets, and some rope. A counterweight of some bricks and you can fling yourself great distances...

Oh wait, that's a trebuchet.
