Stands up as a film in its own right.

Complements the first film.

Uses a completely different technique to create the tension.

I laughed harder at Deadpool 2 on first viewing than almost any other film I can remember, but I think the first one is funnier on repeated viewings. Still a great sequel.

Blade runner 2049, stuck to the original, script follows story follows sound and music exactly as it should, this film did not put a foot wrong, watched it at cinema twice and then on my big tellybox at home repeatedly, it’s just as epic as the original
