That'll teach you not to listen or do as you're told! |

"Only burnt the middle part of my back, any solutions for getting that lotion into hard to reach areas..? "
Best thing to use is a radiator roller, the type used for painting behind the radiator |

Squirt loads of sun cream on laminate floor and then roll and slide in it until all areas are covered. |

Sounds messy, think I’ll try the mini roller first but appreciate the suggestion |

"I've had the day off today and barely left my bed.
Are you OK?
T
Yeah, just fat, lazy and less motivation than a fallen leaf."
Sounds like a day in bed is the best thing for you. You do a fair few steps in your job daily!

I've been sensible today and stayed indoors, drawn the blackout blinds, hidden in a cupboard and slathered my skin in copious amounts of sunscreen. I always have a mega twat tan from working outside and I really don't need to be adding to it with extra lines and stripes on my days off. |

I work outside everyday all year
Weirdly I burn once hot shower to take the sting away then I’m ok after
I don’t use any sun block as when I do I seem to burn even more
And this is apparent in other hot country’s too after 2 weeks in Egypt the coolest day was 36 and didn’t burn once
Sun block seems to have the opposite effect on me |
