other than fans, cool damp flannels/towels on your wrists or back of neck to cool your blood flow are what work best for me

Got up just after 5 this morn and walked dogs in no underware nice and cool! Other than that fans or ac unit! Daughter got one at weekend for her room as she works from home £300 lovely and cool in her room! Dogs go sit up there with her to cool down ! Have lots of shade in the garden and unless doing chores don't really feel the heat x
