I am a big believer in fats. I’m not sure what the context of your thread is, but I do take in a lot of good fats. Like mono, polyunsaturated and omega 3s

I have most of these daily. Cashews, peanut butter, avocado, sunflower seeds, mackerel, kidney beans and cook with olive oil or Ghee

Goose fat on roasties at Christmas.

Other than that I tend to avoid it - other than ‘healthy’ fats as mr Montana said.
