Ah shit, here we go again. (Love that meme).
But fr. Love islanders have revealed their islanders and I’m not excited and hate the show but I just know that come jume 6th or whenever I’ll be tuning in and live tweeting with the rest of my generation.  . Shall we do a thread? Daily watch alongs?

And it’s interesting to see how the contestants have changed over the years. The men are becoming less and less ripped and the women seem to be more realistic too. Which is nice to see

I preferred when it was real car crash TV, season 1 and 2.
It also seemed to be way more toxic back then, but watching from a human behaviour point was interesting.

I watched a few minutes of an episode ages ago. The women could barely speak because of the fillers.
I would rather repeatedly staple my scrotum to a table and squeeze a lime juice and salt solution directly into my eyes - all in front of my mum - than watch it. |

I never watched it as I dont like any of those reality tv programmes but have to confess that I have watched The Real Housewives of Cheshire a few times in the past and my favourite one which is Below Deck Mediterranean. Both mostly for the lovely places and food they feature rather than the plot  |

I have watched it whenever there is a female in my life but otherwise I avoid it. Not sure I agree with it and the glamourising of the ridiculous fakeness and amateur dramatics that take place.. |

None of them look particularly interesting, and they're all still insta types, no "normal" bodies etc.

She’s scary. I think Davide got a bit too heated but the way Ekin effortlessly lied and flipped it on him is low-key problematic. No accountability just vibes. |
