I have had this happen more than once. I always say something.
The only time i felt in the least pervy, was at a burger van near a college in Tameside. One of the girls from the college was standing there in black leggings.
The sun was shining bright and the leggings were very tight. You could see her black thong VERY clearly.
Group of boys and a group of builders were happily staring and making comments. I had to convince myself to say something lol! I knew I would.look like a perv.
But couldnt let her stand their. Told her and she gave me a right look lol!
