I would say dog or kids but they will be gone one day yet it will still be a home. So I guess it's me. I make my house a home.

What is a home that is not a house? Is the notion not just some sentimental claptrap? It is a physical space for shelter and practical activities. The ‘home’ concept is in our heads (is it not?)
