I love the fact that a lot of people that slate McD, rave on about KFC and other places that are even worse quality and offer less healthy choices.

Just order double of you choice then add extra sausage, egg or bacon to your heart's desire.

There really is no limit to how many layers you can get between a muffin.

Tbh, I haven't done it for ages, and back then you had to order in person and they would often (at my local) refuse.
