I’ve been known to have both 
I only eat one meal a day so my breakfast tends to be a big one |

That’s an unusual diet, what do hockey pucks taste like?

Look at all the posts slating the breakfast when what the OP asked is “those who have it, what do you have?”
Haha any opportunity to be a mood hoover and so early. Haha this place cracks me up.
I hope those who won’t touch it are also non smoking, t total, 5 a day peeps hahaha |

I love the fact that a lot of people that slate McD, rave on about KFC and other places that are even worse quality and offer less healthy choices.

Many, many years ago when I thought it was actually food and I was obese with metabolic syndrome, I would have a sausage patty thingy with pancakes and the fake maple syrup.
My teeth ached with the sugar hit but I loved it. |

Double sausage and egg muffin, no egg. Add the hash brown to the sandwich.
The missus sometimes has the single sausage muffin, sometimes the double sausage.
Always have a giggle when she says “do I want one sausage or two?” |

You're doing it all wrong.
Just order double of you choice then add extra sausage, egg or bacon to your heart's desire.
There really is no limit to how many layers you can get between a muffin.

Tbh, I haven't done it for ages, and back then you had to order in person and they would often (at my local) refuse. |
