Yesterday I was a 200 for 30 mins then down to 180 because I wanted a crispy skin on my chicken.
The day before 200 because I wanted to finish of steaks for 5 mins after pan frying.
I might bake a cake soon at 180. |

"200 although I slow-roasted a chicken yesterday at a very adventurous 140. I know, just crazy.
How long did it take ???"
About 2 hours. Stuffed with lots of garlic, lemon and onion and butter with garlic, lemon zest and herbs under the skin and basted with Vermouth. It was lush. |

200 all the way.
I occasionally dabble in 180, but I invariably bottle it and turn it back up.
Some days, I even put it on 180 just to role-play having a fan oven, then I snap back to reality and whack it up. |

"180 in the air fryer
I need to get one of these air fryers. Facebook keeps showing me videos of yummy food."
Well worth it. I'm considering upgrading to a bigger one, cheaper to run then the normal oven.
Baked carrot cake in mine the other day |

I have no idea what the temp is as the numbers are worn out, but have the dial in one set position and that seems to work for me (most of the time anyway ) |
