For the meat eaters a properly cooked fillet or Sirloin steak.
For the veggies a Richmond meat free burger.
For those with a sweet tooth bananas sliced lengthways and left overnight to soak in ginger wine and cinnamon.
I can't believe I forgot this: an onion, just an onion in its skin amongst the coals or on the grill. Slice it open and enjoy the onion juices and flesh. |

I’m rather wary of having a BBQ here now….
The Red Kites in this area have become so used to humans feeding them that there’s been a whole slew of incidents of the majestic birds swooping down and stealing food right out of peoples hands in their gardens!
Burgers are my BBQ food of choice though |

You forgot those that like fish. I love a good fish bbq. Sardines, red mullet, tuna, swordfish, snapper, garlic and chilli prawns skewers etc etc. Yummy |

This is radical and may put a few people off but the 2nd course is grilled pineapple caramelised with brown sugar and a dusting of cinnamon and vanilla ice cream in the core. |
