Could it be that with it being a dating site they're under the impression you'll want to date them and treat them like a human rather than the "standard thought" by an awful lot of chaps on here that because a woman is on this site in particular, they're just here for the sex and not the respect or humanity? |

Unfortunately that's not the case for a lot of blokes. I've learned that to most with a dick on here that I'm nothing to them but a hole to be used. Sad but true. I won't be the only one either, so it stands to reason that women will be weary. |

Still is - you just pay a phenomenal amount to unlock more options - did that - POF didn't yield anything except for Interpol most wanted / scammers and time wasters once they realised I was on here... |

Been on both and acted totally the same, but IMO you will get banned or removed from Dating sites much quicker for abuse than on here. There seems to be a bigger tolerance from admin on here for twats to be twats and send abuse. (Seen a lot of messages from Female friends of shit they get sent on here) |

My profile blurb and images on POF were different but still recognisable.
Around 3 years ago I once met a fella via POF who I later discovered was on here two. Blurred lines as to what I was seeking on POF. When I highlighted that, he wasn't best pleased and called me lots of things and thought highly of himself.
Last few weeks I bumped into said guy in another county while I was working and got the shock that he had piled the weight on, looked absolutely scruffy - he recognised me but thankfully didn't hang around! |
