Sorry for your loss and the loss of those around you.
My mother passed 48 years ago and I still think of her every day but I was pleased when my dead passed 8 years ago because he was in so much pain bless him so his passing at least gave him some peace.
Remember the good and paper over the bad but they will always be with you in both your head and heart.

My condolences to you and your loved ones on this very sad news. You don't know me but I've been a lurker here a long time and you have made me laugh with your posts very often.
I hope you are holding up well |

"I just want to let those of you who know me or of me that my mum died 1st March.
"
That's very dad. I am sorry and my deepest condolences to you. I have lost many close relatives in the last couple of years and everyone deals differently with grief. I hope you are managing it in your own way. |

"Our condolences, Mrs NC (and Mr too). How's your Dad managing?
We send our thoughts and hugs "
Thank you.
My dad is caught up in the funeral arrangements and whirlwind of calls and visits. He's not eating well or sleeping but that's no surprise.
I think it will be after her funeral that things will really hit home.
Thank you for asking.
