I wear sexy heels, something that's easy to slip on and off, but you should wear whatever you're comfortable/feel good in, there are no rules about what shoes to wear.

I wear mid heels as I find very high ones pretty hard to walk in after a while especially as there is often stairs etc.

Just wear whatever you feel you'll be comfortable in x

Depends on the club, some have dress codes and have seen people refused entry for wearing trainers
