Push day, pull day, leg day (weights) then day off then repeat.
I finish every session with 15 mins cardio, usually the stepper (stair climb) with a 25kg vest on.

Mainly weights. Strength & conditioning type training. Heavy lifts in four main exercises with supplementary smaller exercises, tend to finish with 10-15 minutes cardio work.
I also run 4 times as week. |

I'm not a gym bunny - it's functional exercise for me. A bodyweight exercise routine for (mainly) upper body and core strength, more bodyweight stuff for mobility, and jogging for aerobic fitness. All things I can knock off in half an hour without any special kit, so I can do a bit every day.
And when the weather improves, heavy digging and heavy lifting in the garden. One of these days I'll have a garden which doesn't need all that, but the next 5 years or so are not going to be that day... |

It’s all cardio here, but trying to add strength and weights in this year as can’t rely on my body any more as I get older and need a bit of structure to stop injuring myself |

In the west. |
My gym just messaged with a reduced price for the first month. Woop woop.
I do a bit of cardio to warm up then normally the functional machines and a fair few ab crunches.
I do a bit of running a few times per week but just to get my steps in.
I do need to do more cardio though. |

Always start with some variation of pullups
Spend about 1 30 mins lifting weights
Do cardio after. Aim for minimum 2km at a Kin 4:59 pace
Steam room after |

10/15 mins of cardio either rowing or x trainer followed by weights. 2 x legs and 2x arms/back and an abs ?every time. I do this 3 or 4 times a week and dance once a week.
Inched are going, weigh loss doesn't seem to be happening. I'm more focused on my shape rather than the scales |

I'm only doing classes at the moment...a mix of: toning, step (brutal +dance), dance, ballet barre + body balance
I used to do a warm up on the rower and then a thorough weights programme, but my gym buddy died (a year ago today actually ) , so I've lost my way a little |

"Weights only. I used to do cardio in the gym, but cardio in a mask is revolting, so I've binned that."
I tried HIIT in a sports mask once. Once you work up a sweat, it's what I can only imagine waterboarding feels like!! |

Daily routine is approx 45 mins cardio, then around an hour of weights.
Had been doing strength training (high weights, low reps, longer rest) - but changed it up 3 weeks ago to lower weights but double number of reps.
Being a geek I use an app to record my routines, and a spreadsheet to record the daily weights
Gone from 45,000kg a week to 76,000 |

"We're curious to know how you exercise. Do you just do weights? Do you just do cardio? Or what percentage of each do you do? Whatever you do, keep it up "
Swim and run and all related to both about land trainings in between. No gym really |

I have a gym buddy who puts me through hell.
Apart from that, I do some recreational weight lifting - 100 gram chocolate, large mug of coffee/cocoa, some aerobic standing up and climbing the stairs for bathroom breaks, and some yoga (thick greek yoga on baklava with a few blueberries is excellent) (did I say yoga? I meant yoghurt). |

I workout at home.
Pilates, kettlebells, resistance bands and boxercise. 20-30 mins most days.
Hate the gym. Too many pretentious folk the last few times I've been. |

I run (in all weathers)… best thing I did - beats the gym!
Also do free weights at home and use Apple workouts which I find brilliant - tailor the time and workout for my mood (and laziness) |

I mix between bodyweight, weights and cardio depending on the week/session
(Back would include weights, Pull ups, muscle ups and Rowing for cardio)
If playing football twice a week i won't have a cardio session, otherwise I'll try go for a run or do some HIIT or incline treadmill
Once back to full fitness/Strength/Reduced weight I'm hoping to lean more towards bodyweight once again however currently I'd say 40% Weights, 20 % Bodyweight and 40% Cardio
Hoping to change to 50% Bodyweight, and split the rest between Cardio/Weights |

Mostly weights for me (powerlifting) with a little hit of cardio. I should do more cardio really. Keep saying I'll start running again. My gym is moving and I don't think they'll do Saturday sessions anymore so I might start going back to parkrun. |

Powerlifting 4 x weekly, cardio 3 times.
Still recovering from injury in February last year, relatively weak which is pissing me off. Want to get back above 800kg total, compete again, get my british title back and place at european and world champs, possibility of win at Europe's but I'm way off worlds. |

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you) |
When I was younger I used to lift a lot of weights as well as martial arts. Now I’m past 50 I do K1 sparring at least twice a week, so I don’t forget how haha. As well as at least three HIT circuits a week. Lifting weights in between, not as heavy as I used to but heavy enough to make it worth it. I also do a centurion challenge once a month ( 1000 reps / 10 exercises) .
A lot of what I do is more for my mental health, the fitness is more a side effect. ( wifey sends me to do extra gym if I start being a grouchy tw#* |
