There’s often the same old topics reoccurring on here, so why don’t we solve them once and for all?
What could be simpler than that? Admin, you can then pin this thread to the top of the forum once we’ve finally resolved them 
So:

The answer to that in no no no all the only true and proper way is the Devonshire way and that is cream first.
If you have proper thick Devonshire clotted cream you don't need anything else really but a small bit of jam.
To those that have had the muck they sell up country it's not real clotted cream. It's just thick double cream a total different thing. |
