My nan’s spare room.

The water round here is awful, you have to filter it otherwise the kettle looks like a limestone cave.

What’s your water like, I know the corporation pop in Lancashire is great.

Somewhere In The Ether…

It’s particularly bad here; The insides of appliances such as kettles rapidly end up resembling stalactites and the same hard water invariably drastically abates the life of heating tanks.

I think you just get used to it wherever you live. I love the water round here even though it's very hard. We go up to Scotland and the water is very pure and I hate it. Bit of a pain with the kettle but it's not difficult to get rid of the limescale

Not difficult but a nuisance. It’s like getting rid of me.

You're much prettier than limescale - I'm not trying to get rid of you yet

Room temperature is important isn’t it. Ice cold water is difficult to drink I find.

I like my tap water. The water out of my friends tap in Manchester tastes like bin juice. I won’t even talk about my other friends water in Bolton, let’s just say it’s tastes like something wrung out of a tramps sock.

I don't like it room temperature, much prefer fridge cold. And if there's ice cubes in it I'll end up eating them

Maybe it's just the effect you have on things Jim - you make them wet
