I did this once while cooking naked. I managed to get a very small but fine piece of naga chilli undery foreskin. It was a bit warm for a few hours...

Lemons. Slice and cut the skin so you can open it up, pull at the membrane so the segments pull away and eat.
Lemons aren't as easy to peal like oranges but it can be done. |

Have you tried honey roasted brussel sprouts?
3 table spoons of honey, 4 table spoons of melted butter, salt and pepper, mix all together with your sprouts and bang in the oven for about 20/30minutes on 250c |
