The question is why does it matter, it's your profile if you are "logged on" for a week constantly it's not anyone's business but yours

As soon as my phone screen locks after 5 minutes it shows I'm offline even though I haven't closed the tab or signed out.

I get this with WhatsApp as I use the web client on my main computer while working, so it’s constantly online and people do comment on that when I’m seemingly ignoring them

I just close the app, I never log out.

The last time I had to log in was after replacing my phone a couple of years ago.

Only draw back is if I lost my phone someone could access my fab account if they managed to unlock the phone.

I've looked at a few of your profiles who said that you never log out. All are showing as offline, from minutes to hours ago.

Mystery solved. If you aren't actively doing something on Fab it times out and shows you offline.

I've sat opposite a fab friend a couple of years ago to test this, when you close your browser (don't have to literallylog off) it will show your offline instantly on your profile status and as fab updates itself in a profile search. Your only shown online when you actually are.

No one is online 24/7, it only shows as online when you're actively using it. Even if you keep it as a tab open on your phone/desktop whatever, unless you close all tabs and then reopen them. But who would do that on repeat?

If you want to be on 20/7? Fuck it, you do you.
