I may or may not have had a few Homer Simpson moments as described 
I am more of an aeroplane drooler though, or during a normal nap. I wouldn’t tend to wake after my usual night’s sleep with a sodden pillow!
But on a plane, with other passengers around to witness (not to mention my own kids with their phone cameras), you betcha ... |

 I think it happens to me most when I end up in certain positions as I sleep; If for instance I wind up on my side with my arm under the pillow in a ‘wing’ like position during my slumber (as I sometimes do) it’s a guaranteed Niagra Falls like flow from my snoring mouth (a decidedly sexy image right there!)   |
