What makes a profile appealing

A good profile pic and name will undoubtedly draw me in. If you're a frequent forum user then how your contributions come across might also make me intrigued. But as we're not meeting guys I usually just like to have a nosey. |

There’s a man on here with a chest pic on his profile. I want to jump him every time I see it  So a good, tasteful profile pic would reel me in. As would humour and decent spelling & grammar. |

If they tell us that then we’ll all change our profiles to suit and end up with the same profiles which will lead to the things that they said were appealing and that caught their interest becoming the norm and therefore less appealing and interest catching. Then new profiles will appear that are different from the new norm and some of them will be appealing and catch their interest in a new and different way.
I don’t think you thought this through before asking did you? |

I’ve been here for a few years and I can’t seem to interest any women. I have tried to change my profile so many times. Men approach me like 4 out of 7 days and it’s not for me. I’m here honest clean and level headed fun to be around but just not what what men want. It’s depressing that I write to women and I’m read but ignored. Dont really know how to change this cycle of being ignored. |

I feel your pain mate. Its a bit disheartening when you right a nice message to a female you like the look of. And it just gets deleted without a thanks for the nice message but your not my type or not wot I'm looking for. But you have to respect there wishes and move on.

Anyone can look at your profile and see that it says ‘not looking for single guys’ which blocks any single man from messaging you so the only men who can message you are ones who are part of a couples profile |

According to Amazon UK the best selling accessory for women are Cosy Companions Elastic Hair bands.
Get yourself some of those, put up a status saying 'Hey bitches, I've got some Cosy Companion Elastic Hair bands going for free'.
Whilst you may be out of pocket slightly you'll be inundated with messages.
I prefer the older lady so a job lot of Cliff Richard calendars works if that's your thing too  |

Tasteful photos, a well written profile that doesn’t contain text speak, something witty usually helps and what you’re looking for.
