I thought that only occurred at sub atomic levels?
You placed them on a server…so they exist. They are being observed in a technical manner. It doesn’t have to be a human to observer, as long as they’re monitored. |

Yes, they aren’t an image on a server, they are just an information file that requires someone to request that file be interpreted by an app to be rendered as an image |

Correct, the Schrodinger equation only works in a closed system on a subatomic level. It governs the wave function of the probability wave of a particle. The equation collapses on observation.
In the case of the OPs pics, in his first pic on his profile the ladies massive bush did exist, because he was there to observe it. The particles obeyed a certain configuration to produce the bush on observation. If the OP had not observed the bush would the bush still be there? Who knows. It depends on which interpretation you prefer. As Einstein said " if the moon is behind me and I cannot see it, does that mean it doesn't exist?".
Quality bush all the same.

Just the way I was brought up I suppose! It’s useful though, when being quoted.

I saw it. It existed, even if only for a short time. Ephemeral messages are possibly the way forward.

But is an image really an image unless someone is looking at it? Trees falling in forests an' that. "
If I say yes, will you buy a Non-Fungible Token from me?

Philosophy... I can't believe you can actually take a class and waste time studying this... or do I haha? If a tree falls with nobody to hear it then it still makes a noise because... don't be stupid.
But either way anyone's opinions on this matter or anything else for that matter must mean nothing to anyone because since we are not inside eachothers heads to view the things you've seen or gain the knowledge you have learned then we cannot believe any of it is real because we can only trust what we ourselves see and have experienced, when I close the curtains at night does the world outside ceases to exist, when I lock my door is it to keep others out or secure myself inside? And still I can't trust most of what I think I know because most of it is from memory but memory is unreliable, memory can chance a Monday to a Wednesday or turn a red car blue so have I even lived the life I think I have? As for his cat it's dead for sure unless there was no cat to begin with, if the cat inside is sealed inside is it really there? Oooh |

Alot to said for Solipsism. The older I get it makes more sense to me. The only experience that exists in reality is yours. Everything else is secondary to your experience. Quantum mechanics doesn't imply Solipsism but as the only reality you can go by is the one you live in everyday then maybe it's all centered around you.
