A supplier has visited and given wine to the males and chocolate to the females. Is that sexist...

Not really. I'd be disappointed with wine and request some Stella the next time. And wine for the males is a bit odd, No?

It is a bit. But I wouldn’t mind. It’s like someone opening the door for me, or calling me darling.

I definitely have feminist tendencies, but find the above harmless and actually really nice.

Not really. I'd prefer the chocolate but I'm not going to complain about a free gift either.

I think its lovely when a man holds the door... and if he's got a sexy voice, I will take being called darling. My hairdresser calls me sweetheart and darling... but his voice is so sexy he gets away with it.... he is my Alpha Gay!

Based the presents on their gender

Seems sexist to me. I mean it’s not “make a complaint to HR” sexist but if I was a woman that wanted the wine I’d definitely ask if they had any

This is so true. If you're a sexy man then it's never sexist, creepy, demeaning, or even assault. If you're ugly you can garuntee everything you do is at least one of the above.

Not odd in the slightest, I know many men who enjoy wine, red wine mainly and who doesn't love Chocolate

No, it's stereotyping. Let the child choose.

I've seen the day that I've had that many bottles of whisky, wine, dairies, and calendars dropped off here by reps and suppliers at Christmas, a box of chocolates would have been a welcome change.

I would've lobbed those chocolates at them like tiny missiles! How damn rude.
