Easy; I have medical professional and some builders / chippies on the team among other useful trades.
We nab painkillers, antiseptics and antibiotics as a priority.
We leave the city via the railway lines, they're well protected and the power will be off anyway, and head for the hills where we make a defensive camp and go about building our new town... |

Ive thought this through many times, it reslly deoends on the type of zombie, shufflers yes very easily.. runners are a whole other matter. And dont get me started on the nightmare of world war Z zombie thatll make a fucking chain to climb over 
I have a number of wilderness survival skills and knowledge, so thats an option, im very resourceful, quick thinking, ingenuitive, a very good problem solver, so long term survival can be easy to achieve.
I know some locations near me that ive already scoped out as the best places to fortify, especially with some reinforcement. The type of building, surrounding area, natural barriers, location etc.
As for the dealing with others, zombie or human, always go for the head and use the correct tool for the job, its not hard to go for the head every time. Plus when i was a kid i used play out the in the garden and my armed melee skills are far better than most. As for humans, kill everyone. I do not trust ppl and for damn good reason. Kill them and take their shit for myself. You have to be ruthless during such a time, compassion and misplaced trust gets you killed. |

Head to the nearest food shop, chemist and army & navy store stock up then head for the pennines
I've already got foldable water carriers, wind up touches, radios, USB chargers,
Small camp fire that also charges electrical items and other goods ( not for zombies but purely incase utilities went down ) |

I'm adaptable person I feel if I did not get the infection and live through the initial 24-hours I would adapt quite quickly also living out in the country the hoard would be while getting to us and would not sit and wait for impending doom.
I could never understand in The Walking Dead why the hell they always run around in T-shirts why would you not get a GORE-TEX jacket that cannot be bitten through whenever you were going out on adventures just stupid. |

100% I have access to all the tools I would need to survive the zombies. I have first on scene medical training and off road vehicles while the fuel lasts. I live in a house that would be easy to defend and with great approach visibility. I fancy my chances and a decent length survival .. |

More likely a virus that sends people mad and can be transmitted on contact.
Wait till itbdies down
Get transport
Get weapons
Food/ medicine antibiotics
Drive to a remote an area as possible.
Lie low
Take stock
See if I can find survivors and form.a community.
I think after a while your biggest problem would be other survivors trying to take your supplies so you really would need to be prepared to kill people |

Living fairly rural is already an advantage for me, also being a proper country bumpkin so have fair bit of knowledge about survival. There's a couple places not a great distance from here I'd bunker down in. Hopefully find others looking to survive long term and work together. |

I think I'd probably find a way to survive. I wouldn't want to die and become a zombie myself, seems an awful lot of walking involved.

I think I’d be good. I’m a medic by profession and I’m a pretty leathal shot. And I’m not talking video games I mean actually 8mm and .22 rounds.
Also, I don’t need to out run a horde, I just need to out run other people. Now not to brag but I am a coward, so I can workout how to out run a fight to survive if I have to |
