Someone sneaking up behind and putting their arms around me trying to be nice. Even if I'm at home and know them. Just let hear you breathing or something first. |

Nothing really makes me jump.. although there was this one time where i was walking up the driveway home, in the pitch black, and there was this thing in the corner of my eye right by my face, i jumped out of my skin... turns out it was just the moon illuminating a flower  |

A work colleague walked up behind me whilst I was using the copier one day.
I very almost shat myself and swore for at least 10 seconds. Thank god it wasn't the boss. |

I want pretended to understand but whenever I stop abruptly at a changing light my shoulders and back tense up , I guess it’s similar it’s been over 20 years and it still happens |
