Lord of the rings 1-3 is a good runner!
Went to see an all night LOR marathon with friends when the 3rd one came out as we were bored and in uni at the time. 2 fell asleep by the end of the first film, 1 didn't wake up again until the end of the 3rd, another 1 nodded off for most of the 2nd and a couple dropped in and out for the 3rd.
Pretty nerdy for a group who weren't overly nerdy tbh.
Failing that a Harry Potter day maybe worthwhile |

I think the 3rd Lor was the only film I've seen which had a forced 10 minute break in the middle at the cinema to allow people to stretch their legs/pee/top up on snacks etc
