No, It's not my birthday but I'm curious..
Do you prefer a quiet day or enjoy being around friends and family, either virtually or in person? (not complaining about anyone posting on here about birthdays BTW!)
I'm happy if mine goes by without anyone noticing |

I prefer to get a good meal some drinks and left in peace, I book my birthday off work every year as I refuse to do any work on my birthday too |

Manchester (he/him) |
My last two birthdays have been in lockdown, not much happened and before that only my 40th was really fussed over.
I generally don’t tell people because most aren’t arsed.
I guess I’d like dinner and drinks, low key stuff really |

My best-yet birthday was a leisurely afternoon walk along the Thames, south side, picking blackberries, then a couple of drinks in a pub in Hammersmith. A few years ago now, but it still makes me smile. |

Intense but in my own way. Just self indulgent. I don't want a big fuss but I want to enjoy 2 or 3 things I was putting off for example and finishing the day smiling. How that happens does vary. |

I require a throne and a tiara and everyone pandering to me all day. For at least the preceding two days, the day itself and the two following
Or alternatively I just like it when the people who care drop me a message (or even better give me a call) to say hi, and my nephews get to eat cake on my behalf.
