2 minutes 30 seconds. Anything longer is an indulgence.

However indulgence can be good sometimes

A coffee is a small drink, it’s not too hot either so shouldn’t take long to be enjoyed. Then you’re up and free to make the day your bitch

Masterbation not procrastinating, that's what I preach Granny.

Treat yourself to a little bit of "self love" and then get on with the cleaning...

If you follow my advice, you could be tackling your chores in 5 mins 27 seconds; if you don't, God knows, you may never get started and will be over run by grime and rats within a week.

Good idea. I'll finish this coffee at 12.

I'll stand by the back gate..... so the neighbours don't see my leg warmers.

When I have to tidy my house I get a take away mocha from the Costa machine, sit in the car on the drive to drink it and then go in and start tidying. If I sit down in the house on my day off I’m making an arse groove on the sofa.

I've been for a run.

Chopped a salad.

Cooked buckwheat and quinoa

Read some book.

Listened to a podcast or two

Done the dishes.

Wiped the tops.

But since I sat down for a coffee , I haven't shifted.

Main reason ...... I don't want to

You’ve been out shagging really.. surely that’s your reward for a 1/2 day of cleaning?
