When I have to tidy my house I get a take away mocha from the Costa machine, sit in the car on the drive to drink it and then go in and start tidying. If I sit down in the house on my day off I’m making an arse groove on the sofa. |

I've been for a run.
Chopped a salad.
Cooked buckwheat and quinoa
Read some book.
Listened to a podcast or two
Done the dishes.
Wiped the tops.
But since I sat down for a coffee , I haven't shifted.
